- I am working with a UK leading Estate Agency to find a Network Engineer to join their London office on a permanent basis. My client is offering a generous salary of up to £53K, hybrid working and an extensive benefits package.
Your role will be varied but you can expect to be responsible for the stability of in-house voice, data, video, and wireless network services, alongside undertaking incident resolution, problem management, and providing advanced technical input for projects. You will also be:
- Providing advanced support for Corporate Network infrastructure and associated software.
- Conducting on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex network problems.
- Monitoring and identifying health and performance issues for LAN/WAN.
- Maintaining and troubleshooting my clients Wifi Estate, advising on AP placement.
- Liaising with 3rd party suppliers to ensure swift incident resolution.
- Developing long-term strategies and capacity planning for network needs.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years in medium to enterprise-scale environments, working within ITIL and Prince 2 frameworks.
- Advanced understanding of IP services (DNS, DHCP, IPSEC, IPv4, IPv6), PKI, networking concepts (switching, routing, firewalls), VPN/LAN/WAN, and WIFI technologies.
- Good working knowledge of Azure cloud networking.
- CCNP qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
