We are looking to onboard an Administrator with a background in insurance for a local client in Chessington, Surrey.

This is a Hybrid role, where you will work one week in every three in the office, however the initial on boarding will be onsite.

We are ideally seeking someone with experience in the insurance industry, however this is not a deal breaker.

You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • General administration
  • Maintaining customer data entry system
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Organised and able to prioritise workload
  • Accurately process all incoming/outgoing Email
  • Resolve any customer queries and enquires
  • Liaising with insurance companies when required
  • Liaise with finance companies
  • Hours: Mon-Fri 9-6pm with alternate Saturdays 9-4.30pm
