Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients on all aspects of trade mark law, including clearance searches, filing strategies, and portfolio management
- Handling trade mark applications, oppositions, and cancellations
- Conducting trade mark searches and providing detailed analyses
- Managing and maintaining client trade mark portfolios
- Representing clients in proceedings before the UKIPO and EUIPO
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver integrated IP solutions
Requirements
- Qualified or near-qualified Trade Mark Attorney (finals standard to 1 year PQE)
- Strong understanding of trade mark law and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage client relationships and provide high-quality service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team
