Description
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of project execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals.
- Develop and manage project plans, including scheduling, cost control and quality management.
- Regularly communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Identify, assess and manage project risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines within the Life Science industry.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve project goals.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- A degree in Life Sciences, Business Management or a related field.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects preferably in the FMCG, Healthcare or life science industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
