Test Manager | Greater Manchester (hybrid)
Xpertise Recruitment has an opportunity for a skilled and experienced Test Manager to join our client on a 5-month contract.
This position requires a strong background in hardware-specific test delivery. This is an essential requirement and only applicants with this experience will be considered.
Requirements:
- Recent experience in hardware-specific test delivery.
- Proven ability to create detailed test plans and manage defects.
- Strong skills in device configuration and physical connectivity testing.
- Knowledge of hardware, components, and drivers.
- Hands-on testing experience in a physical environment or under lab conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute detailed test plans for hardware projects.
- Manage the entire testing process, including defect tracking and resolution.
- Configure devices and establish physical connectivity for testing purposes.
- Test hardware components, drivers, and other related elements.
- Perform hands-on testing in a lab environment to ensure all hardware functions correctly.
Duration: 5 months
Location: Greater Manchester (hybrid, on-site 2/3 times per week)
Start date: Early August
Day rate: £450 inside IR35
