TimePlan Education are excited to assist secondary schools across Southeast London with the recruitment of General Cover Supervisors for ad hoc supply starting in September 2024.
Position Details:
- Role: General Cover Supervisor
- Location: Various mainstream, state secondary schools across the London borough of Bromley
- Ofsted Rating: Many of the schools are rated 'Good'
- Timings: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- Start Date: September 2024
Role Expectations:
A successful Cover Supervisor will:
- Build a strong rapport with students quickly
- Remain calm, confident, and engaging in unfamiliar settings
- Teach a variety of subjects using pre-prepared resources
- Maintain class discipline and keep students focused on their learning objectives
Cover Supervisors are essential in maintaining the continuity of students' education during short-term teacher absences. This role is crucial across all types of schools and educational stages.
