RECRUITMENT ADVISER, 12 MONTH FTC

WORCESTER, HYBRID

£35,000

Our global client, within the manufacturing sector is looking for a Recruitment Adviser to join them on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will be responsible for sourcing, marketing, interviewing and hiring top talent across a variety of roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Recruitment Adviser your key duties will include:

  • Liaising with hiring managers and stakeholders to identify talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, and manage end-to-end recruitment process
  • Source candidates through direct channels, including job boards and social media actively engaging with potential candidates.
  • Conducting initial screening and thorough interviews to assess candidate suitability
  • Building and maintaining good relationships with potential candidates
  • Remaining aware of recruitment marketing trends, to help contribute to marketing through social media
  • Improving the recruitment process through the analysis of recruitment metrics and collaborating with hiring managers
  • Maintaining and developing HR records, and its offer process through to onboarding
  • Supporting apprenticeship programmes
  • Managing the learning and development process throughout the company, developing succession planning, and organising external training.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be considered for the role of Recruitment Adviser, you must have:

  • Experience delivering end to end recruitment, either internally or through an RPO.
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing, warehousing or logistics environment, sourcing for a variety of roles and seniorities.
  • A CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above)
  • A working knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, applicant tracking systems, and HRIS
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills to form good relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
  • Strong IT and organisational skills
  • Discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • A proactive and motivated attitude, with a confident and approachable demeaner
  • The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team
