Central Employment are working with a global leader in bespoke air filtration solutions, as they look to recruit a Sales Support Executive, joining there in-house UK Sales team in Cramlington.

  • Onsite/Cramlington
  • Mon-Thurs 0900-1700 and Fri 0900-16.30
  • 3 months contract, with a potential extension
  • £12 an hour

Sales Support Executive profile:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Support Executive, to join there dynamic UK internal sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote and sell there expansive range of products. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have a persuasive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Sales Support Executive responsibilities:

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or cold call lists.
  • Promote products or services, explaining features, benefits, and pricing to generate sales.
  • Persuade potential customers to purchase by addressing questions and overcoming objections.
  • Identify sales opportunities by researching and understanding customer needs.
  • Follow up on potential leads and nurture relationships to convert them into sales.
  • Stay motivated and focused to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the company CRM system.
  • Provide excellent post-sale customer service to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
  • Stay updated on the latest product or service information and industry trends.
  • Effectively communicate product features, pricing, and policies to customers.
  • Provide feedback to the sales manager on market trends, competition, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports for review

Experience required:

  • Proven experience in B2B telesales, telemarketing, or a similar customer service/sales role.
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette.
  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
