The Role
This is an excellent Information Rights Officer role, working for a company with a growing reputation in their field. The Information Rights Officer will use their previous experience in information rights or data protection, strong understanding of best practices and current laws surrounding information rights and previous experience working on a data protection compliance program to support the DPO and Data team by coordinating information for data protection requirements, information rights requests and data compliance.

The Information Rights Officer will join an established and thriving multi academy trust, supporting schools across the country! The Information Rights Officer will contribute to a supportive team environment, which rewards hard work and innovative thinking. The current work pattern in place is Hybrid remote, with one day per week in office!

What's Required?
The Ideal candidate for the role will have some of the following:
- Strong experience in Information Rights or Data Protection
- A good understanding of the best practices and current laws surrounding information rights and data protection
- Previous experience working on a data protection compliance program
- Any experience or knowledge of the softwares and systems used in education, or experience giving training on data protection would be a big plus!
