FINANCIAL CONTROLLER Rutland

Our client a successful business based in Oakham are seeking a Financial Controller to join their experienced team. A superb opportunity for a business that has great plans for the future.
The Financial Controllers' role will be to prepare Financial information for the Directors, Senior Management and Heads of Department of the business, producing monthly, quarterly and annual reports, budgets, forecasts and trends. You'll head up a small Finance team, leading on audit, working with the banks and ensuring best practice is followed at all times. Driving systems improvement and cost controls across the business and it's departments is key.
The person
- Confident, hardworking, enthusiastic individual
- Fully Qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA / AAT or Qualified by experience
- Experience as detailed above
- Solid IT skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Good Communication/Reporting skills
- Business Partnering / Analysis skills
- Experience in hospitality/hotel sector would be an advantage.
