Senior Associate - Education Disputes and Student Issues
Our client is seeking a Senior Associate with 6+ years PQE to specialise in Disability, SEN, and SEND Tribunal cases, while also contributing across the Administrative and Public Law Disputes team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise junior staff on SEN and SEND Tribunal cases, including advocacy.
- Handle High Court Litigation and Mediation.
- Provide strategic advice on complex matters.
- Lead business development across London and regional offices
Requirements:
- Strong experience in SEND work, High Court Litigation, and related areas.
- Excellent client service, communication, and attention to detail.
- Proven track record in business development.
