My client is seeking a dedicated individual to join their Client Administration Team, providing essential day-to-day support and servicing of clients. This role is integral to the wider team, working closely with the Administration Manager and established team of Administrators.

Day to day of the role:

  • Provide proactive and dedicated assistance to Advisers.
  • Manage Adviser's diaries and arrange client meetings.
  • Contact clients via telephone, email, or Portal to ensure the processing of their advice is not delayed.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, such as providers, to chase outstanding requirements.
  • Prepare meeting packs and papers, ensuring they are ready for client appointments.
  • Process new business, key in illustrations, projections, and valuations.
  • Raise invoices as required, ensuring all remuneration records are correct and actively chasing Providers and Clients where remuneration is outstanding.
  • Comply at all times with the Compliance and Training and Competence Procedures of the company.
  • Action post in and out, sort, prioritise on receipt, scan and refer to the appropriate adviser within acceptable time scales.
  • Prioritise and action all activity entries allocated for your clients, considering all the work being undertaken for the clients allocated to you.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
  • Experience in client administration or a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using office software and communication tools.
