Quality Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to join our clients hardworking team. This role is ideal for someone with a robust background in engineering or technical quality management, who thrives in maintaining high standards and has a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will support and enhance our quality management systems, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 standards.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Support the maintenance and improvement of the quality management system.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards.
- Utilise strong computer skills to manage data and create reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Address and resolve internal and external non-conformances with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
- Use 8D problem-solving techniques to identify, fix, and prevent issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor qualification is essential.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a technical quality or engineering role.
- Proven experience in supporting and maintaining a quality management system.
- Familiarity with ISO9001 standards and internal auditing.
