A leading manufacturer who provide high quality equipment to their customers are expanding their team and searching for an Office Administrator to join them.
This will be a multifaced role supporting with Spare Parts, Office Administration and general finance duties
This role
- Ordering spare parts for each department
- processing goods in and inventory requests
- Preparing and sending detailed quotes to suppliers and customers
- Ordering office suppliers
- Organise and scheduling
- Assisting with arranging business travel and accommodation bookings
- Answering the phone and transferring to the relevant team
- Process employee expenses
- Mileage logs for company vehicles
- Supporting with invoices and credit control
- Assisting the finance team with ad-hoc duties
This role will suit someone with great attention to detail and a get up and go attitude
