We are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Finance Administrator for a well-established forward-thinking client in the Swindon area, this is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking for clear progression within a well-established multinational business.

Salary: £23,000 to £25,000

Duration: Full Time Permanent Position

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the Global Sourcing Finance Workflow Report (WIP)
  • Chasing venues for final invoices
  • Checking / updating commission claims
  • Completing the reconciliation process for operations bookings
  • Checking POs received and for correct final values
  • Providing financial reports (internal and external)
  • Managing relationships (internal and external)
  • Calculating and checking all bookings, to ensure finance records are correct
  • Producing Commission Claim Invoices
  • Chasing final invoices
  • Following and using the Sage finance system

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience working in an accountancy-based role ideally accounts/finance assistant or administrator and have a good level of Microsoft Excel skills. Also, the ability to reconcile complex accounts and have excellent attention to detail.
