I'm seeking a highly motivated and organised Regional Administrator to join my client a leading organisation nationwide. This hybrid role offers a fantastic opportunity to work both remotely and in-office, supporting key operational functions while ensuring the smooth flow of administrative processes across the region.

My client is a a leading organisation specialising in delivering innovative and impactful projects, based in Berkshire.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Request for Quotes (RFQs): Load and update RFQs on the system for supervisors and managers.
  • Inbox Management: Oversee inboxes, handling and actioning incoming requests within the agreed SLA (48 hours), cleansing old emails, and maintaining organisation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the regional coordinators and admin teams, contributing to process improvements and sharing best practices.
  • Additional Works: Enter technical information and manage quotes within the Quote to Extra Works System, reconciling live work orders and reporting in coordination with operational teams.
  • Process Automation: Support ongoing automation initiatives by maintaining and updating core data efficiently.

The ideal candidate will be an organised, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple tasks while collaborating effectively across teams.

Qualifications:

  • Strong general education, including a good level of English and Maths or high literacy/numeracy skills.

Experience & Skills:

  • Demonstrated experience in high-level administrative roles.
  • Ability to work across teams and departments, managing different expectations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A "can-do" attitude, able to work autonomously and build effective working relationships.
