I have partnered upwith a global manufacturing business to recruit for a Sales Manager. They havea huge presence within their industry and are looking to hire a successfulsales person to join the leadership team within the commercial side of thebusiness, to help improve and implement positive changes going forwards.
Your new role
As a Sales Manager,you will be the main driver for the delivery of tangible outcomes andimprovements within the commercial side of the business.
Ideally, you will haveexperience in:
- Leading continuous initiatives to improve commercial excellence
- Business Development or client facing positions.
- Managing sales pipelines, reporting on trends and managing internal sales dashboards
- Continuous improvement within the sales process using previous knowledge and experience
What youwill get in return
- Up to £95,000 basic salary plus a 15% bonus
- Hybrid working pattern of 3 days in office and 2 days from home
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays & the ability to buy and sell holiday days
