My client is seeking a dedicated Part-time or full time Administrator for their Secretarial & Business Support department. The role involves a variety of administrative tasks that support the smoothto bolst and efficient operation of their Bromley office.

Our client is a well established family run business, seeking an experienced administrator to join their busy team!

Description

The key responsibilities:

  • Assisting the directors and senior management with day-to-day tasks
  • Book flights, train travel and accommodation for management
  • Make tea, coffee and collect food from local store when meetings held in the office
  • Email management
  • Ad hoc office tasks
  • Answering all calls and giving messages / transferring to the relevant department
  • Being the first point of call for all new lettings enquiries
  • Managing all tenant complaints and queries
  • Liaising with maintenance team and contractors to organise maintenance jobs
  • Raising Purchase Orders
  • Ad hoc tasks for the property manager
  • Opening and distributing all post
  • Company Fleet (vehicles) management.
  • Ordering stationary and maintaining the filing system
  • Liaise with Head Office cleaners, security and maintenance team as and when required

Profile

A successful Part-time Admin should have:

  • A strong educational background in a relevant field
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • A keen attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to work well in a team
