As a Temporary People Coordinator, you'll have the chance to contribute to an amazing organisation, known for its professional, busy, and friendly culture. ??
Here's what you'll be responsible for:
?? Providing HR guidance and advice to both employees and managers, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
?? Assisting in the creation and delivery of HR-related internal training programmes and workshops.
?? Supporting the People Partner in absence management and occupational health referral casework, helping employees return to work smoothly.
?? Acting as the go-to person for wellbeing conversations, guiding individuals and managers through Occupational Health and EAP referral processes, as well as providing advice on private medical insurance.
?? Updating and maintaining employee benefit data and records.
?? Offering advice on standard HR processes and guidelines, such as holiday, sickness, and other key policies.
?? Assisting with People project work whenever needed.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
?? At least 2 years of experience in an HR Administration/Coordination role.
?? A solid understanding of HR processes and procedures.
?? Familiarity with employment law relevant to the role.
?? Exceptional organisational skills and efficiency.
?? Experience in data analysis and reporting.
?? A flexible, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
