We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plastering Technician to join our Maintenance and Repairs team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality plastering services across our properties.
Please note that this position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key responsibilities:
- Carrying out plastering repairs and installations in accordance with job specifications and industry standards
- Ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all tasks performed
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with residents
- Collaborating with other tradespeople and contractors to achieve project goals
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Full UK driving licence
- Relevant qualifications
- Prior experience as a professional plasterer
- Strong knowledge of plastering techniques and materials
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills
