We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Plastering Technician to join our Maintenance and Repairs team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality plastering services across our properties.

Please note that this position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Key responsibilities:

  • Carrying out plastering repairs and installations in accordance with job specifications and industry standards
  • Ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail in all tasks performed
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with residents
  • Collaborating with other tradespeople and contractors to achieve project goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Relevant qualifications
  • Prior experience as a professional plasterer
  • Strong knowledge of plastering techniques and materials
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
