Customer Service Advisor - Perth/Hybrid - 6 Months - £11-12 PH PAYE
A Multinational Energy Company based in Perth is seeking an Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a contract basis for 6 months. (Extension highly likely)
Duties:
- This role includes ensure our customers receive the highest levels of service through the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- You will be adaptive in your approach, proactively managing your customers and maintain high levels of service while meeting KPI's and targets.
- Being a customer facing role, you'll be great at establishing and nourishing positive working relationships with stakeholders both internal and external to the business.
Key skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
- Customer Service experience.
- Experience of Inbound Telephony role
- Industry knowledge preferred but not essential.
