About you
- You have proven experience in designing and delivering learning programmes within a multi-site or multi-brand environment.
- You have experience collaborating with management and HR/L&D teams to drive performance and execute strategic initiatives.
- You've demonstrated success in delivering engaging training that enhanced performance and reduced attrition.
- Your confidence shows in creating and delivering engaging training material across various disciplines and levels, soft skills, and systems training.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders and drive change.
