Sales Support Executive - What will I be doing?
- You will support the Sales team with administrative tasks to ensure a smooth customer booking experience. Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams.
- Manage rail bookings using in-house and online systems.
- Confirm travel arrangements promptly by liaising with customers and suppliers.
- Source alternatives if needed, working with Rail Travel Specialists.
- Maintain customer communication throughout the booking journey.
- Assist with post-sales inquiries.
- Attend familiarization trips and represent the company at events.
Sales Support Executive - What experience do I need?
Ideally you will have previous experience of working for a tour operator in a similar role. You will need to be exceptional at customer service with a high attention to detail and proficient in Microsoft word / excel.
Sales Support Executive - What else do I need to know?
This is a hybrid role working in their fabulous Surrey office 2 days a week. The company offers some excellent benefits, including familiarisation trips and in-house well-being treatments, to name but a few. Their hours of work are Monday-Friday, 9am to 5pm and, when you're not working from home, there's a fabulous office in Dorking with a great working environment to be part of.
