Business Analyst – Hybrid - £45k

This advanced and industry recognized company based are looking to add a Business Analyst to join an established team and work closely with the team lead to develop solutions for clients. Ideally a strong background in software development.
Responsibilities of the Business Analyst:
- Gather information and translate the requirements into straightforward functional specifications for software solutions.
- Collaborate with clients and work closely with development teams to ensure client requirements are implemented.
- The Business Analyst will analyse and generate data about the company performance to be presented to the management team.
- Hold workshops and presentations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain product backlog and conduct post-implementation reviews.
- Run internal sprint ceremonies with the technical team.
- Research procedures to identify ways to improve business process performance.
Experience & Requirements for the Business Analyst:
- Experience working with internal and external stakeholders to create business cases.
- Demonstrable aptitude for analysing application problems, ideally using a formal analysis methodology, and the building of solutions.
- Experience in working to strict deadlines, both individually and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and experience working closely with developers, testers, and project team.
- Experience working within agile and structured project environments.
The ideal Business analyst will be degree qualified and ideally hold an ISEB (or equivalent) qualification.
