We're on the hunt for a Warehouse Co-Ordinator to join a lively and supportive team at a thriving [industry sector] business. What You'll Be Doing:
- Picking & Packing: Carefully pick and pack sales orders, ensuring they're labelled correctly for despatch.
- Despatch Management: Book shipments through courier websites, keeping everything moving smoothly and on time.
- Stock Handling: Receive, unpack, and organise stock with precision.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a tidy, organised warehouse and work area.
- Collaborating with the Team: Communicate with engineers and sales teams to ensure orders and stock records are accurate and up to date.
- Record-Keeping: Keep records of sales orders, stock, and warehouse movements updated, with an eye for accuracy.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong time management and people skills to keep everything running efficiently.
- Accuracy is key - you'll have a keen eye for getting the details right.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own tasks, while staying a team player.
- Proficiency with computers and experience using warehouse management systems.
- Forklift experience is a plus! Familiarity with import/export procedures is also beneficial.
