We're seeking a highly organised Employee Benefits Administrator to provide exceptional administrative support to join one of our clients. You'll work closely with a team of Financial Advisers to deliver a professional experience to their corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calls, emails, and postal communications.
- Maintain back-office systems and accurate data entry.
- Process new business for Auto Enrolment, GPPs, Group Risk Schemes, and Cashplans.
- Handle scheme joiners/leavers, claims, and renewals.
- Request and collate quotes and governance data, and draft reports.
- Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies.
Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits and financial planning (preferred).
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and back-office systems.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
