We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team in Witham. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse operations, particularly in handling electronics and technology products, and possess strong IT skills.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, check, and process incoming shipments of electronics and technology products.
- Utilize warehouse management software to track inventory and process orders.
- Troubleshoot basic IT issues related to warehouse equipment and software.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all warehouse IT systems.
- Use PCs to manage emails, update records, and communicate internally
- Contact clients to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and address any queries.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role, preferably with electronics or technology products.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical condition and ability to perform manual handling tasks.
- Effective communication skills
