EMEA Payroll Manager

JGA are partnered with a well-known Tech business seeking an EMEA Payroll Manager based in central London.
We are seeking a payroll professional with strong strategic skills (implementation, centralisation) and EMEA payroll experience.
Responsibilities:
- Leading EMEA Payroll
- Owning payroll policies and procedures across EMEA
- SME for payroll operations and maintaining awareness of changes in payroll legislation
- Stakeholder management
- Continuous improvement initiatives.
- Payroll implementation in line with broader M&A activity.
Skills:
- Demonstrable experience delivering payroll across multiple countries.
- Managing external payroll providers.
- Project management ability
