Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to our Russian-speaking clients
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Requirements:
- Fluency in Russian and English (both written and spoken)
