Head of Client Delivery

We are working with a successful and growing B2B software house in the heart of London, delivering cutting-edge software solutions to a diverse range of clients. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a talented Head of Client Delivery to join their leadership team and ensure the successful delivery of high-value projects to their clients.
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in client delivery, ideally within a B2B software environment.
- Proven leadership experience, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring the seamless delivery of complex projects.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
Desirable:
- Experience in the SaaS industry or working within highly regulated sectors.
- Track record of managing multiple large-scale clients in both public and private sectors.
Role Overview:
As Head of Client Delivery, you will take charge of the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring a team of delivery managers and ensuring the continuous improvement of client-facing operations.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that client needs are understood and met.
- Developing strategic delivery plans that align with business goals and client expectations.
- Troubleshooting delivery challenges and driving efficient problem-solving processes.
- Collaborating closely with the software development and product teams to drive innovation and delivery excellence.
