As a Setter, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth production processes, meeting deadlines, and maintaining top-notch quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set and process tooling meticulously in alignment with production priorities.
- Ensure all jobs are completed promptly, meeting quality standards and exceeding customer expectations.
- Be the go-to person for resolving any issues that arise during production including red light situations
- Process Improvement: Support Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and 5S programs to enhance processes across the shop floor.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Essential experience as an injection moulding setter, including machining, tool hanging, and setting/operating.
- IMT Qualification
Salary and Shift Pattern:
- Up to £40,000 per annum + Shift Allowance
- 4-On 4-Off, 12-hour shift rotation covering both days and nights.
