Your responsibilities-
- Be the first point of contact for any telephone enquiries.
- Updating relevant documentation.
- Changing delivery dates on orders following shortages.
- Liaising with customers and clients regarding deliveries.
- Support the wider team with general adhoc tasks.
The Candidate-
- Knowledge of SAP is a must.
- Experience within a customer care/service team.
- Great attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask
- Accurate data entry skills
