Our client is a growing manufacturing company looking for 2 candidates to join their busy Customer Service team on an Temporary ongoing basis based in their Preston office.

£12-£12.50ph

Hybrid after training

Your responsibilities-

  • Be the first point of contact for any telephone enquiries.
  • Updating relevant documentation.
  • Changing delivery dates on orders following shortages.
  • Liaising with customers and clients regarding deliveries.
  • Support the wider team with general adhoc tasks.

The Candidate-

  • Knowledge of SAP is a must.
  • Experience within a customer care/service team.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Accurate data entry skills
