NonStop's Consulting are seeking a Occupational Therapy Assistant, where you will be required complete assessments in the reablement team. The Adult Social Services has strong values and a focus on improving outcomes to vulnerable adults and their careers.
You will be joining a community based, multidisciplinary team. In this role, you would be required to visit customers at homes throughout the week, work closely with OTs, SWs, physios and enablers.
Majority of our referrals come from hospitals and, in this role, you would be supporting individuals in regaining independence post admission or other health deterioration.
