Are you an experienced Driving consultant seeking the next level as Senior Recruitment Consultant?
This is an exciting opportunity to join an established and well known independent recruitment agency based South of Birmingham, with free parking. The role entails the full 360 process, blending sales, service and associated admin to run a profitable and smooth operation to supply drivers across the Birmingham area. You will be allocated certain postcodes to cover and work well within a team environment as well as on your own merit. Growing a successful desk with strong negotiation skills is key as is your organisational and communication skills. You will demonstrate that you have worked a successful desk previously within a recruitment agency setting to be short listed and considered for this position as Senior Recruitment Consultant. You will know processes, legislation within the driving industry and have local geographical area with a keen eye to map, identify and open new doors in terms of adding new business to the database.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant you will have a strong career to date, a solid CV with exceptional knowledge around your figures to be able to hit the ground running. Rest assured you will have all the tools for the role to be mutually successful and well rewarded in terms of a competitive bonus package. Salary on offer is up to £30k level working Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30pm.
