C&B Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced automotive Service Manager to join a busy and well established Commercial Aftersales department in Manchester.
You will need previous experience working as a Commercial Service Manager within the Automotive Sector and a proven track record.
Commercial Service Manager Role Overview
- Driving the profitability and service levels of the aftersales department.
- Managing all costs and administering company procedures.
- Motivate and focus the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Attend and participate in performance related management/team meetings
- Establish staff training needs; communicate training requests
- Handle customer complaints immediately and according to company guidelines.
- Liaising with other Managers to ensure all responsibilities are covered on a daily basis.
Commercial Service Manager Requirements:
- Experience working as a Service Manager/Aftersales Manager with the Motortrade/Automotive sector.
- Proven track record.
- Stable Career history.
- Full driving license is required.
