Family Lawyer

Our client is a Legal 500 ranked firm renowned for its commitment to excellence and client care. We are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Family Lawyer to join their team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for family law and a desire to contribute to a thriving legal practice.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and representation in all aspects of private family law, including divorce, separation, financial arrangements, pre and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, and children-related issues.
- Manage cases with a high degree of organisation, ensuring compliance with regulatory procedures, Lexcel, and ISO standards.
- Maintain clear and accurate communication with clients, tailoring your approach to meet their individual needs.
- Achieve billing targets in line with the firm's expectations.
- Utilise case management systems and software proficiently to handle cases effectively.
- Foster excellent client relationships through superior client care and service.
- Actively seek new business opportunities and contribute to the development of the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of private family law.
- Highly organised with familiarity in regulatory compliance procedures, Lexcel, and ISO standards.
- Genuine interest and passion for family law.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and accurately.
- Proven ability to maintain billing levels in accordance with agreed targets.
- Proficient IT skills, including experience with case management systems.
- Personable, collaborative, and reliable, with a strong emphasis on client care.
- Proactive in business development and team growth.
