A growing retailer are expanding their team and searching for a Customer Service Advisor.
Location: Writtle, Essex
Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
You will be working within a team providing high level of customer service to all customers
- Speaking with customers by phone, email and live chat
- Dealing with questions or queries that customers may have
- Processing orders
- Resolving any delivery issue with couriers
- Email management
- General admin duties
- Developing product knowledge
Previous experience working within Customer Service is essential, with a confident telephone manner
