Role Purpose:
We are seeking anambitious and innovative professional with experience in business support andloan portfolio management for UK and European structured finance transactions,including infrastructure/project finance, acquisition, and other asset finance.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Support RelationshipManagers with credit applications, including onboarding new clients, KYC,documentation, and system inputs.
- Manage waiverrequests, amendments, and variations post-funding.
- Monitor financialcovenants and update borrower credit ratings.
- Ensure timelysubmission and approval of credit applications.
- Track loanperformance, raise early warning signs, and identify opportunities within theportfolio.
- Collaborate withrisk, legal, compliance, operations, and other departments for pre andpost-funding activities.
- Stay updated onmarket trends in international business, especially in the UK and internationalinfrastructure and M&A markets.
Skills, Experience,and Qualifications:
- Experience in loan business support or portfolio management.
- Strong understandingof infrastructure and project finance, M&A, and real estate, particularlyin sectors like oil, gas, power, property, and renewables.
- Ability tounderstand complex financing structures and loan documentation.
- Excellent attentionto detail, highly organised, and a confident communicator.
- Proactive, teamplayer, and able to work under pressure across multiple projects.
- Strong technicalskills and computer literacy.
- Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English;Mandarin is an advantage but not essential.
