ASA Recruitment are currently looking for Nurse's to join our team. The Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients. This role requires a compassionate individual who is dedicated to ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our patients they are responsible for.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess residents' health status, noting any changes and reporting to the healthcare team.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans in collaboration with residents, their families, and the healthcare team.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and eating, as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each resident.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
- Educate residents and their families on health-related issues and care strategies.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
