**Management Accountant
- This role is responsible for overseeing the overall financial function of the business and being able to manage and provide insight into all financial matters
- Responsible for the revision and analysis of company performance to produce quality management reports
- Interpret financial information and provide commercial commentary communication on this information
- Develop process improvements to streamline reporting
- Responsible for weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting on profitability and overall business position
**Management Accountant
- Responsible for providing insights into company expenditure
- Build credibility with business units through provision of first-class internal stakeholder management.
- National Approved Lettings Scheme forms will need to be completed by July, each year.
- Full Managers accounts will need to be produced quarterly and reported to the Company Director two weeks after the quarter end.
- Confirmation of the clients' accounts will need to be reported, and Tenancy Deposit Scheme will need to agree to the Aspacia System on a monthly basis.
- Debtors will need to be reported to the Company Director to ensure no lost revenue
