Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and win new business in the B2B sector, using your sales expertise to bring in recruitment opportunities.
- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers in target industries, acting as their go-to recruitment partner.
- Collaborate closely with our in-house resourcing team to ensure roles you bring on are filled with high-quality candidates.
- Develop sales strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
- Stay on top of industry trends and market changes to identify new opportunities for business development.
