Customer Complaints Specialist

Our client is looking for an experienced Complaints Handler to join their existing team.

The role will require you to respond and handle all complaints received by the business, providing an exemplary complaint resolution process, ensuring a fair and consistent approach is delivered.

You will be passionate about customer service and have a passion for providing a high level at all times.

The Role / Individual:

  • Subject matter expert in complaints and customer relations
  • Communicate effectively and ensure all complaints are acknowledged in a timely manner and customers are kept informed throughout the whole complaints process
  • Adopt 'right first time' approach, ensuring all points raised are answered in each complaint to avoid repeated communications
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements relating to complaint handling
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer contact
  • Be an effective team player
