We're currently recruiting for a Product Development Assistant to join an award-winning health & beauty business based in Blackpool.
From body butters to hair masks... as Product Development Assistant, you'll be a key part of team, working to produce new and exciting products for huge retailers including B&M, Bodycare, Home Bargains and major supermarkets.
On a day-to-day basis you'll be...
- Researching new product trends within the beauty market (whether on social media, browsing the aisles in shops or attending exhibitions!)
- Conducting research into new products from packaging to pricing
- Working as a key member of the New Product Development team to produce costings, source suppliers and bring new products to market
- Building relationships with suppliers, developing the confidence to negotiate the best pricing and delivery times
Salary, Hours & Benefits
- £25,000 - £26,000 per annum (depending upon experience)
- Company bonus scheme
- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Office based role Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm
