Staff for Education are proud to be working in partnership with Primary Schools in Sutton-In-Ashfield and the local surrounding areas. We are currently recruiting for a long term Foundation Teaching Assistant role for the summer term September 2024-July 2025.
As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the class teacher during lessons
- Working with small groups of pupils or on a 1 to 1 basis
- Running small group exercises
- Ensuring students understand the lessons and work they are completing
- Providing regular feedback to students and the class teacher
To be successful for the role, you will:
- Have a recognised Teaching Assistant Qualification/experience
- Have previous experience working within a school environment
- Have a passion for working with young people and enhancing their learning
