Our client is a rapidly growing, PE backed Financial Services business based in Worcestershire, seeking a Finance Manager on a permanent, full-time basis.
As Finance Manager, based in Worcestershire, you will be responsible for the following:
- Providing insight into the P&L
- Preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts, with supporting variance analysis and commentary for recent acquisitions
- Thorough balance sheet reconciliations
- Line management responsibility of one direct report
- Post acquisition due diligence
- Reporting the financial performance post-acquisition, addressing any accounting or reporting issues
- Collaborating with other Accountants within the larger group to ensure consistency with reporting and processes
- Overseeing the integration of subsidiary accountants into the Group function
- Supporting the integration of financial systems
- Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and explain financial data
The successful Finance Manager will have the following experience/skills:
- Fully Qualified (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Experience of small business accounting
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Analytical
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Strong IT skills
As Finance Manager, you will be entitled to the following:
- Permanent Contract
- Hybrid working (3 days on site)
- Full time hours Monday to Friday (8:00am - 16:00pm/9:00am - 17:00pm)
