Our client is a well known business in the area and looking for an Accounts Administrator to join their team on a full time basis in Alfreton.
They are looking for someone to join on a temporary basis with the potential for it to go permanent.
Description
Key responsibilities:
- Purchase ledger
- Create and post customer invoices
- Monitor mailboxes
- Supporting with customer and supplier queries
- Remittances
- Sales Ledger
- General ledger entries
- Processing invoices
- Reconciliations
- Adhoc duties that may be required
Profile
The successful candidate:
- Experience working in a similar position
- Experience with finance systems
- Be immediately available or available on short notice
- Able to commute to Alfreton
