Talent Guardian are recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator for our client in Ferndown.
This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual, with great customer service to support the marketing and centre team and oversee the sales pipeline with warm leads.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up pipeline of warm leads.
- Looking after lead channels, communicating with the centre teams, and checking all leads are being updated in line with processes.
- Ensuring all details are accurate, complete and up to date on the CRM.
- Following up on contact leads, ensuring that next steps and activities have been diarised.
- Data cleansing using Companies House, LinkedIn, etc. and populating database with missing data.
- Following up on web visitors and checking for opportunities.
- Looking after broker leads & brochure downloads.
- Cultivating relationships and converting an enquiry to viewing.
- Following up on older leads for all locations.
- Generally following up on the sales channel, ensuring it is up to date, clean and the process is being followed.
- Creating productive outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a confident and clear telephone manner, be well organised with strong time management skills who works well under pressure.
Strong IT skills using a variety of software packages, including Office365 and CRM is essential.
Hour – Monday – Friday 08:30am – 5pm
Salary £25,000 per annum
