Salary: £26k - £30k upon completion of Probation
Location: Halifax, West Yorkshire
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 40 hours per week

I am representing a local contract manufacturing company who work exciting and reputable brands and business across the UK, supporting them with the implementation of their products within the cosmetics and well-being industries.

The Key Duties of the Customer Account Manager:
- Management of several accounts on a daily basis.
- Input orders and manage deliveries/collections.
- Building good working relationships.
- Customer Calls, either on the telephone or via Zoom/Teams
- Dealing with suppliers
- Working with internal colleagues - Lab, Manufacturing, Production, Warehouse etc to meet tight deadlines.
- Project management.
The Key Requirements of the Customer Account Manager:
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to use MS Software such as Excel and Word
- Team-player
