Your role as a Sales Administrator:
Working as a part of a team, you will be providing support to the UK and Ireland sales team and customer base. Duties will include:
- Handling orders and queries by phone and email
- Supporting the Account Management Team by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delivery dates
- Maintaining sales records and creating weekly and monthly reports
- Arranging the creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help the Account Management Team generate business leads
- Monitoring and organising the inventory while effectively tracking new products for sale
- Coordinating activities and orders with other departments including finance, workshop and logistics
- Liaising with the Account Management Team to ensure that orders are processed promptly
- Attending training to develop knowledge of the company's products and services
We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience in a similar Sales Support, Sales Administration or Internal Sales role or other B2B support based role such as Hire Controller
- Resilient, determined and driven
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and upbeat team player with a good sense of humour
- Comfortable with Word, Excel and Outlook including the ability to use pivot tables
