Client Support Administrator

Location: Leeds/Skipton (travel may be necessary)

An incredible opportunity has become available as a for a forward thinking and fast paced Wealth Management company. They are looking for a Client Support Administrator to join their dynamic team to support the advisers. Previous experience within an IFA firm would be beneficial but most importantly, you will be there to offer the upmost professional client service! You should have a passion delivering high quality client/customer support and be ready to develop yourself and learn imperative skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Dedicated support for the day to day administration of the practice, including client servicing, system administration and diary management
  • Liaise with the Adviser and Client as appropriate to fill any gaps in information and ensure CRM system is up to date
  • Monitor client reports and identify challenges or opportunities to grow the business
  • Support the business in tracking compliance, licensing, regulatory and legislative requirements
  • Support the Adviser to ensure the end to end business process is adhered to and tracked efficiently in line with company and regulatory standards.
  • Dealing with ad-hoc requests and day-to-day administration for the department, as directed
  • Producing analysis using Financial Express Analytics to compliment client reports

The ideal candidate:

  • Analytical, with good attention to detail and a willingness to learn and develop
  • Accurate and consistent in all areas especially in client facing material
  • Able to maintain a positive 'can do' attitude and be open to change and new ideas
  • Experienced with all Microsoft Office functions
  • Previous experience in an IFA firm is desirable
  • Knowledge of related regulation and legislation and the willingness to progress professional learning including by examination
